Teairra Mari Responds After Ex Boyfriend Hacked Her Instagram Page To Post Explicit Video
(Madamenoire) Unfortunately, Teairra Mari was the latest victim of a vindictive ex. Earlier today, her Instagram page was hacked by an ex-boyfriend who posted photos and video of the singer and reality star performing fellatio and then one image with semen on her face. Completely degrading and an utter betrayal.
What’s even sadder is the response to it. Though most men would state that they enjoy head during a sex session, the images of Teairra Mari being broadcast on social media resulted in far too many men using it as an opportunity to shame her. As if she weren’t engaging in consensual sex with someone she thought she could trust.
The R&B singer, 30, known for the 2005 hits No Daddy and Make Her Feel Good, was seen performing a sex act on the video which was quickly taken down. She became a trending topic on Twitter as fans shared screenshots of the X-rated clip and other leaked sex photos.
Teairra later revealed her social media was “compromised” by a former boyfriend. She added that she now plans to sue for revenge porn. She wrote: “Recently, my social media was compromised by someone I who I felt was deserving of my love and trust.
The hip-hop star said she was now looking for justice. “That person proved to be untrustworthy and posted footage of what in the moment was private and sacred. “Moving forward, I recognize the need to be more cautious and discerning.” She later discusses her hope for women who may find themselves in a similarly compromising situation.
“My hope is for women to remain strong and dignified when they find themselves having to address hateful and juvenile acts by former lovers,” she wrote.
The term “revenge porn” is defined as the act of posting sexually explicit photos of former sex partners in an attempt to embarrass them. In California, violators face up to six months in jail. Mischa Barton and Blac Chyna are among the famous women who’ve found themselves in similar situations.
“Revenge Porn is a crime in California and I will be in pursuit of justice.”
Fans have quickly rallied round to offer the singer their support after the outrage. One wrote :“I reported the video and the pics immediately. It’s foul and disrespectful.
“She has family and people that care about her while people are trying to embarrass her. It’s wrong.”
One tweeted: “Whoever hacked Teairra Mari’s IG and posted those photos/videos is TRASH.”
Another added: “This Teairra Mari hacking thing is actually horrific. Women are really not allowed to enjoy sex without being punished for it.”
