Recent headlines and photos point to the fact that Kobe Bryant and estranged wife Vanessa Bryant have been looking decidedly cozy while out and about. It turns out that he wants her back for good this time around!
Vanessa filed for divorce in December 2011 citing irreconcilable differences due primarily to his infidelity. Kobe is pulling out all of the stops in an effort to reconcile with the mother of his two children: Natalia, 8 and Gianna, 5. This is not his first marital slippage. TMZ claims Vanessa hasn’t yet made up her mind about salvaging the marriage but she has been on the receiving end of some lavishly expensive jewelry that might encourage her to change her mind. For now the divorce action is still moving forward.

Oh this is getting good… Chris Brown will be featured on Rihanna‘s “Birthday Cake” single.
Recently, the song’s co-producers, Da Internz, told MTV News, that “the feature on [the remix] is gonna shock the world,” and they weren’t lying. Now, MTV executives are confirming that yes, it is Brown who Rihanna has chosen to be featured on the song. Although the two are said to have recorded the song separately, they were spotted heading to possibly the same recording studio in West Hollywood, on the same day, late last week.
Rumors have been swirling about the former lovers for weeks about a possible reconciliation of some sorts. The rumor mill was, once again, kicked into high gear when Brown even attended Rihanna’s actual private birthday celebration this past Monday. Now we can confirm they’ve joined forces musically, to give fans what they’ve been almost begging for. Originally a snippet on her latest album, ‘Talk That Talk’, the song became an instant hit with fans and they almost demanded it be completed. Rihanna even took to twitter nearly two weeks ago to ask fans who they’d like to see be featured on the snippet and surprisingly many said Brown. Other names were thrown out there including Kanye West, Nicki Minaj, Big Sean, Trey Songz, Tyga and even Lil’ Kim. But after admitting she didn’t want any females added to the record and needed someone “dirty”, Brown’s name rose to the top of the list. Perhaps, she already had him in mind hmmm….

Before the shocking death of singer Whitney Houston it was being reported that the diva was being considered for a judges seat on The X Factor. Now rumors are swirling that Janet Jackson will be on the panel when the new season kicks off.
Janet sat down for an interview this week with Anderson Cooper where she spoke about Whitney’s passing, her new book and the death of Michael Jackson. The show host also asked her about The X Factor.
She denied it, “Oh my God, no, I’m not a judge on The X Factor.” Andersen attempted to clarify her status, “You’re not currently a judge on The X Factor.” Jackson responded, “No, I am not. But that’s all I really think I should say.”
The negotiations are reportedly still in the preliminary stages and Simon Cowell will be holding meetings this week with all potential judges. He’s tasked with replacing Paula Abdul, Nicole Scherzinger and host Steve Jones.
Other celebs rumored to be in the running are singers Pink and Katy Perry. Simon told Extra that he has worked with Perry in the past and said she is “hard – in a good way and she’s feisty.”

Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux joined the rest of the cast of Wanderlust for the L.A. premiere held at the Village Theater Thursday night. The actress was dressed in a herringbone creation by designer Tom Ford that including a peplum feature that accentuated her hips.
Those who had hoped to see lots of photos of Jen and her boyfriend in close proximity were disappointed. She posed with the rest of her cast mates but continues to play it coy when it comes to the man she hooked up with during the film project.
Aniston has fond memories of making the movie, “I was pretty much having a ball, from start to finish. Nobody wanted to go home — we loved going to work. When we finished work, we would all go to dinner together, then we would come back and do it all over again the next day.”
Theroux and Aniston moved in together last summer, sharing homes in Manhattan and Los Angeles.
Def Jam founder Russell Simmons was caught in a bathroom stall with a brunette model at a Fashion Week party Monday night in New York City, just weeks after breaking up with girlfriend Melissa George, according to an eyewitness.
Simmons was seen chatting up the models coming in and out of the unisex bathroom at Dream Downtown hotel’s Electric Room, where the party was held.
“Russell was in the bathroom talking to the many models coming in and out. He left, and then he came back with this one brunette. He playfully led her into one of the bathroom stalls and closed the door,” says the source.
The witness says the hotel’s bathroom attendant saw Simmons and the woman enter the stall together, and banged on the door, and told them, “One at a time.”
The two emerged from the stall a minute later. Shortly after, Simmons came back into the bathroom, made eye contact with the attendant and “pointedly put several bills in the tip jar.”
Simmons denies the bathroom incident, telling Page Six through a rep, “The…account of last night sounds like a lot of fun, but it is absolutely, completely false.”
Simmons and George split last month after about a year of dating. Simmons confirmed the breakup yesterday, tweeting, “Long distance relationships are to say the least difficult. For me & Melissa a few weeks ago … We agreed impossible.”
Oprah Winfrey is the latest celebrity to join Jimmy Kimmel’s seventh post-Oscar special.
ABC made the announcement Thursday.
Winfrey is making a rare late-night appearance at a time when her year-old cable channel, OWN, is trying to attract viewers after a rocky start. She’s been more visible on the channel as well, with a new weekly series, “Oprah’s Next Chapter.”
Billy Crystal, who is hosting the Oscar ceremony, will help kick off “Jimmy Kimmel Live: After the Academy Awards.” Nominees Meryl Streep, George Clooney and Martin Scorsese will be among the stars on hand.
A performance by Coldplay will wrap up the show. Kimmel’s Oscar-night special has yielded comedy pieces that became online sensations, including one with Sarah Silverman and Matt Damon and “Handsome Men’s Club” featuring Matthew McConaughey and Sting.
The Oscars will air from a Hollywood theater Feb. 26 at 8:30 p.m. EST, with Kimmel’s show to follow the awards and local newscasts.

After the game the two were caught kissing on their way to the locker room. They’ve already sealed the property settlement deal in which Vanessa got all 3 Newport Beach estates.

Say it aint so! Rumors are swirling that singer Adele is planning to take a five year break from music to spend time with her new man, Simon Konecki. The Someone Like You singer was quoted in Vogue saying she wanted to take time off to be ‘in love and happy’. She said: ‘I am f***ing off for four or five years. According to TMZ Russell Brand is entitled to approximately $20 million of Katy Perry’s fortune now brand is saying he will not take a single penny from her. Brand’s lawyer filed the final divorce papers on Tuesday, although the judge will make the divorce official on June 30, because there’s a 6 month waiting period.
Sources are also saying that Russell and Katy did NOT have a prenup. As a result, everything they earned during their 14-month marriage is community property — which means they’re each entitled to 50% of the pot.
Katy made $44 million between May, 2010 and May, 2011 — according to Forbes. The couple married in October, 2010, so Russell could have scored a fortune.
But here’s the deal. As one source put it, “This divorce is as amicable as it gets, and Russell is a good person.” He doesn’t want Katy’s money. He’s happy to walk away with the money he earned — which is far less than what Katy raked in.

Sources are saying Chris Brown and Rihanna have been spending some quality time together this past Monday. RumorFix.com is reporting that the two spent five hours holed up in Rihanna’s dressing room during rehearsals for the 2012 Grammy Awards on theSony lot in Los Angeles. What the two were doing for five hours is still unknown, but source say Chris’ girlfriend Karrueche Tran was now here in site – although Chris was accompanied by one of his male friends.
