Jennifer Aniston was honored on Wednesday with a coveted star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Seated near the podium as she spoke to the crowd were her father John Aniston and her boyfriend Justin Theroux. Dressed in a Chanel flower print dress and sandals, the Wanderlust actress posed with her Days of our Lives actor dad.

Her dear friend Adam Sandler shared a few reflection during his turn at the podium: “She prayed for three things. To have everyone in the entire world be fascinated with her haircut, to one day star in a movie about an evil leprechaun who kills people, and most importantly, receive a star on the prestigious Hollywood Walk of Fame. Well today, Jennifer, the trifecta is here.”

While a sizable crowd of friends and family gathered for the ceremony, her BFF’s Courteney Cox and Chelsea Handler were nowhere to be seen. The best moment of the event turned out to be a candid photo captured of Aniston leaning in to give Theroux a quick kiss.

Zac Efron had a decidedly embarrassing adult moment at the February 22 Hollywood premiere of kid flick “The Lorax.” As the 24-year-old hottie reached into his pocket to hand something to his assistant, a shiny object that looked like a condom fell out of his pocket and onto the red carpet.

Zac quickly picked the item up and put it back in his pocket, but not before everyone saw it and the moment was captured on video. Although we can’t say for sure it was a condom, Zac’s nervous laughter is telling. At least he’s prepared and practicing safe sex. Click here to watch the video

Bad boy entertainer Chris Brown continues to receive negative press but this time it has absolutely nothing to do with Rihanna.

Brown was at Miami Beach nightclub Cameo Sunday night. Things got a bit hectic as he was leaving the establishment at 4 a.m. when a fan took a few photos.

Christal Shanae Spann claims the singer snatched her iPhone right out of her hands. According to police reports, Brown plucked the device from the woman by simply reaching out the window of his Bentley. His parting words, “B—-, you ain’t going to put that on no website.”

She filed a report and a police investigation is underway. Miami-Dade State Attorney Katherine Fernandez Rundle said, “My prosecutors are currently speaking with witnesses and reviewing all of the materials supplied by Miami Beach Police. Only after these reviews have been completed would any type of action be considered or taken.”

Brown was sentenced to five years probation in 2009 for assaulting his girlfriend Rihanna. Criminal charges would put him in hot water with the court system, who will be watching this case very closely. The R&B singer and his former Barbarian GF recently collaborated on two songs. That career decision has raised speculation that they might be headed back down the romantic path.

Actor Gerard Butler entered the Betty Ford Center for a rehab stint three weeks ago and will be released today.

Butler began relying on prescription pain medications due to injuries in 2006 while shooting the film 300. He began hitting the drugs heavily once again after being hospitalized in December 2011 while filming Of Men and Mavericks.

The latest setback occurred when he was pulled under water with 12 foot high breakers repeatedly crashing down on his head while shooting a surfing scene.

The actor said, “It was a pretty close call. The waves just took me in, and I couldn’t get up. It was pretty hairy. It was maybe one of the few times that reports were not exaggerated.” He entered rehab in early February to get a handle on his reliance on drugs. According to TMZ, cocaine is one of the drugs that he is trying to kick. We wish him well!

Justin Bieber and his legal team have issued a cease-and-desist warning to software developers Mark Kaye and Robb Chamberlain of RC3, Inc, creators of the iTunes app Joustin’ Beaver.

The game, with a five star rating so far, features a beaver who looks a little bit like the teen icon. Players must get the beaver to sign as many “otter-graphs” as possible while avoiding Phot-Hogs, pigs with cameras who work for TeaM Z.

The single-player arcade-style adventure hit the market in early February and can be downloaded to iPhone, iPod touch, iPad and Android devices for $0.99 USD.

In a legal missive to RC3, Bieber’s camp threatened legal action unless the software company pulls the game from iTunes and other app stores. Chamberlain and Kaye have been ordered to provide a report of all profits that have been generated thus far.

The chilling picture shows the singer lying dead in her golden casket, clad in a regal purple dress and wearing what looks like a diamond broach and earring. The weekly American magazine has run the snap alongside a bold headline proclaiming: ‘Whitney: The last photo!’

It is understood the photograph was taken inside the Whigham Funeral Home in Newark, New Jersey, where her family attended a private wake last Friday on the eve of her funeral. The magazine claims the photo was taken at the private viewing – although does not reveal who took the picture.

Whitney who died aged 48 on February 11 was wearing jewels worth $500,000 and had gold slippers on her feet, according to the publication. No doubt the image which was published in today’s edition is bound to stir a strong reaction. The singer’s funeral took place on Saturday and was attended by stars including Mariah Carey, Oprah Winfrey and her co-star from The Bodyguard, Kevin Costner. She was laid to rest the following day in a burial service attended by close family and friends.

Roger Simpson said he looked down the road and saw a little girl running outside her home but didn’t give it another thought. Police, however, said the man witnessed a murder in progress. Witnesses told deputies Savannah was told to run and not allowed to stop for three hours on Friday, an Etowah County Sheriff’s Office spokeswoman said. The girl’s stepmother, 27-year-old Jessica Mae Hardin, seen below, called police at 6:45 p.m., telling them Savannah was having a seizure and was unresponsive.

Simpson said he saw a little girl running at around 4 p.m., but didn’t see anybody chasing or coercing her. “I saw her running down there, that’s what I told the detectives,” Simpson said from his home on a hill overlooking the Hardins. “But I don’t see how that would kill her.”

Authorities are still trying to determine whether Savannah was forced to run by physical coercion or by verbal commands. Deputies were told the girl was made to run after lying to her grandmother, 46-year-old Joyce Hardin Garrard, seen below, about eating some candy, sheriff’s office spokeswoman Natalie Barton said.

Savannah Hardin died Monday at Children’s Hospital in Birmingham, according to a news release from the sheriff’s office. The sheriff’s release said an autopsy report showed the girl was extremely dehydrated and had a very low sodium level. A state pathologist ruled it a homicide.

The sheriff’s office received calls from concerned citizens who witnessed the girl running. No other details were released, but an official with the local volunteer fire department said rescuers thought something seemed odd when they responded to a call about the child.

“One of the ones who were down there said he didn’t feel like everything was right,” said Ruby Ward, vice president of the Mountainboro Volunteer Fire Department.

Gail Denny and her husband Phil, live just up a dirt road from the home. They’ve known the family since they moved to the area in northeastern Alabama seven years ago. The couple said they were used to seeing Savannah and other neighborhood children out waiting on the school bus in the morning. Gail Denny said her grandson had a crush on Savannah.

“My grandson asked her to be his girlfriend on Valentine’s Day, and she said ‘yes,’” she said before dissolving into tears. She left a candle and stuffed animal outside the girl’s home Wednesday night, saying a prayer as she paused beside the road.

The trailer where Savannah lived was surrounded by a wooden fence, playground equipment and toys. Neighbors say they never saw children playing in the yard. They said Garrard owned a lot of property along the road and much of her family lived in homes on that property.

“It seems like a very happy extended family around here,” Denny said. “There are mothers, grandmothers, kids. It sounds like a punishment that got out of hand.” Garrard and Jessica Mae Hardin are being held in the Etowah County Detention Center, each on a $500,000 cash bond.

Court records show that Robert Hardin filed for divorce in August of 2010. In his complaint, he asserted his wife was bi-polar and had alcoholic tendencies. He accused her previously of having run off with the couple’s own child. In her response, Jessica denied all of Robert’s allegations.

Five months after filing for divorce, the two asked a judge to dismiss their case. Savannah Hardin was a third-grader at Carlisle Elementary School. Superintendent Alan Cosby said her desk had been turned into a makeshift memorial where her classmates could leave notes and mementos. He said counselors and social workers were made available for students.

“This is obviously a very tragic, devastating, heartbreaking situation,” Cosby said. “Nothing like this has ever happened before.” So sad.

Tami Kimet thought she was coming down with the flu, but the 35-year-old mother of two was actually having a massive heart attack. “I thought I was just really rundown from my daughter’s baptism the day before,” said Kimet, who lives in Eerie, Pa. “I felt so tired and sick to my stomach. I slept the entire next day away.”

Kimet waited three days before she drove herself to the hospital, where she hoped doctors would give her something for her flu symptoms. Instead, they cut open her chest and performed a triple bypass. “I had no idea I was having a heart attack,” said Kimet. “I’d had only ever seen my father have a heart attack, and he was always grabbing his chest. I had no pain in my chest.”

Although chest pain or discomfort is the most common heart attack symptom, fatigue, nausea, shortness of breath and pain or numbness in the jaw, arms or back can also signal a blocked artery cutting off vital oxygen and nutrients from the heart. And according to a new study of more than 1 million heart attack patients, women under 55 are less likely to seek medical attention for those atypical symptoms and more likely to die in a hospital from a heart attack than men of the same age.

“Young women who have atypical symptoms might not appreciate that they’re in fact having a heart attack and may be more likely to delay treatment,” said Dr. John Canto, a cardiologist at the Watson Clinic in Lakeland, Fla., and lead author of the study published today in the Journal of the American Medical Association. “They think it’s the flu or stress or a pinched nerve, and they don’t want to come in to the hospital only to have doctors tell them it’s nothing serious. Tyler Perry is offering to pay for your laughter. The Tyler Perry Studios Extras Casting Department needs men and women 18 and older to participate in the recording of a studio audience. In other words, to provide the laugh track for Perry’s television shows. Basically, you show up, a comedian entertains you for a while, you split your sides laughing and the studio people record it so they’ll have laugh tracks. Ha!

If interested you need to be available for four to six hours on Friday. The recording takes place at Tyler Perry Studios in Atlanta and the pay is $50.

Keep in mind there are numerous policies surrounding this laughing gig. First, don’t think you’re going to show up with an entourage. You’ll need to provide legal ID and only those persons previously contacted will be admitted. Second, don’t think you’re going to be posting pictures of you and Tyler on your Facebook page. Oh, no. Photography is banned.

Third, after your experience as a Tyler Perry laugh tracker, you need to take it to your grave. Perry makes you sign a hefty confidentiality agreement saying you won’t spill any details. The agreement expressly bans talking to the Los Angeles Times, New York Times or New York Post.
