‘Off To Jail Again’ #Tour: Katt Williams Has Been Arrested
Damn, Katt Williams might as well make a tour and the venue is JAIL in what every, city, county or state that he is in. This shit is getting sad to report. But, be it as it may, he has had another run-in with the law. The stand-up comedian was arrested in Portland Friday night (Oct. 5) after allegedly assaulting a driver after arguing about transporting Williams’ dog, TMZ reports.
The driver was treated at a local hospital for minor injuries, including cuts and swelling. Williams left after the alleged incident in another car to get to the Moda Center, where he was supposed to hit the stage for the Nick Cannon’s Wild N’ Out tour. He was reportedly in the building but never did his comedy set.
Portland Police caught up with Williams the next day and arrested him for misdemeanor assault. His bail is set at $2,500. It turns out that he also had a warrant in another state, which makes him a fugitive.
Williams’ rap sheet is quite lengthy. For the past 12 years, the Friday After Next star has been arrested numerous times for physical assaulting others and stealing. During his visit to the Frank and Wanda Morning Show on Atlanta’s V103 radio station, he said he had 19 felonies and no convictions.
